• Angie continues to work through hgTables issues. This week she has fixed RT #1133, #1148 and #1149.
• Angie also has a first draft of src/utils/doBlastzChainNet.pl: "First cut at script that automates our blastz -> chain -> net -> axtNet, mafNet, .over.chain and downloadable file pipeline. Works on dm2-droAna1 -- needs a lot more testing! Will not work for scaffold-based target assemblies without some more work, but scaffold-based query is fine."
• Donna has 2/3 of the changed lines. This includes a major consolidation of the chain docs.
• Hiram has changed the codons displayed in the Base Position track to correctly translate mitochrondria.
• Hiram has added an additional option to the trackUi pages for intronEst and EST tracks (as requested by Mark). You can now label the bases (all or different) in these tracks. This feature can be available on any track that is a type psl and has sequence loaded. It is enabled by the option in the trackDb entry: pslSequenceBases off.
• Jim is experimenting with bison and paraflow.
• Jim changed ALT tags to TITLE tags in hgTracks.
