• Fan and Mark have edits to support the ccdsGene track. Fan's edits are in hgGene, hgTracks, hgc and overlapSelect. Mark wrote the track description page. Bob will be heading up the testing.
• Angie continues to make improvements to doBlastChainNet.pl. This week she added support for swapping. She has tested it using bosTau1/mm5, and she also done dp3/dm2 and droYak1/dm2.
• Galt did the necessary edits to cvs-reports-delta to support our new 2 week dev cycle.
