• Many new and updated html files in kent/src/hg/makeDb/trackDb/human/hg16. 14 from Jim, 12 from Angie, 10 from Hiram, 4 from Kate, 1 from Heather.
• Donna had 1800+ lines in 32 files!
• Much new documentation in makeEncodeHg16.doc, including ~500 lines from Hiram, ~300 lines from Kate for EGASP, TBA and Gencode, ~75 lines from Angie for Affy RNA and GIS p53 ChIp Pet.
• Many updates to kent/src/hg/makeDb/trackDb/human/hg16/trackDb.ra, including ~500 lines from Angie, ~300 lines from Hiram and ~200 lines from Kate.

• Brian has ~800 lines in each of makeDasNov1.doc, makeLoxAfr1.doc and makeOryCun1.doc.
• Brian has an edit to hgTrackUi to use organism names rather than db names in species drop down line (speciesTree only).
• Angie added function loadTrackDbForTrack() to hdb.c.
• Robert generated a quality track for macaque, and has edits to kent/src/hg/qacToWig/qacToWig.c.
• Fan has 1100+ lines in makeHg17.doc and 500+ lines in makeMm6.doc for KG II.
• Belinda had added support for connection to the Galaxy server from hgTables.
• Heather is working on the ENCODE DIPs.
• Galt fixed a bug in the files report for cvs-reports.
