• Mark is continuing to work on pslDiff.c.
• Robert is continuing to work on pslPseudo.c.
• Heather is continuing to work on snpMask.c.

Bug fixes/new features:

• Andy fixed the bug in hgLiftOver that was preventing the usage of the mm4 to mm5 liftOver chain.
• Robert added sub-chain score calculation.
• Fan fixed a bug in pbUtil related to alternative splice variants (already released).
• Kate added -overlap option to reject overlapping blocks in reference to hg/ratStuff/mafFilter/mafFilter.c.

Data:

• Angie is working on droAna2, droEre1, and droGri1.
• Brian completed most of makeCi2.doc.
