Bug fixes:

• Angie has a bug fix to doBlastzChainNet.pl: Make sure that we check existence of BLASTZ_ABRIDGE_REPEATS if the _SMSK vars are set, not just vice versa.
• Angie has a bug fix to hgNear: When the user clicks on an ID (idVarName), update the search term in the cart (searchVarName) because that is what will be passed forward by orgForm in subsequent clicks.
• Mark fixed a bug in genePredToMafFrames with splitting adjacent mafFrames when they are in different maf blocks.
• Jim fixed a bug in dystring.c.
• Robert Baertsch has edits to pslPseudo.c: fixed spliced exon feature.

• Hiram finished hg18 tracks STS Markers, BAC Ends and cytoBand.
