Mods to expRatioTracks.c - adjusted pixel width for rendered expression features, fixed bug in which features of expression width 1 were not drawn. (Andy)

Modified many makefiles,replacing $HOME/bin/$MACHTYPE with $BINDIR defined by inc/common.mk, so it can be controlled globally. (Angie)

Updated hgGoAssociation.c to accommodate slight format change of GO DB. (Fan)

Reworked library routine cgiMakeDropListFull to have an easier programmatic interface, updated calls to this routine when "menu" and "values" parameters are not identical. (Jim)
