- Added option to make/load chromGraph using IDs from another table. (Andy)
- Added support for comma in hgTables/filterFields.c to support queries such
as "where field in ('val1','val2')". (Angie)
- Fixed some looping logic in chainDraw in hgTracks/chainTrack.c which
sometimes led to double lines instead of single lines. (Angie)
- Fixed off-by-one coord error in printBand in hgc so we don't display the
next band when it begins just after the item. (Angie)
- Added verbose-4 message showing filenames that exist in lib/customFactory.c
for debugging and for the wrapper script refreshSledgeHammer.pl to show access

- Enhanced liftOut() in liftUp.c to also lift the ID column of RM output.
