Fixed hgTables bug in mainPage.c: when viewing All Tables, and then switching to another DB, if that DB has a case-insensitive match for the selected table but not a case-sensitive match, we mistakenly thought we had the same table. (Angie)
Fixed LD bug in hgTracks/variation.c: when drawing a subtrack, use composite track name when looking up cart variables that are set at the composite track level in hgTrackUi. (Angie)
Added slNameInListUseCase to common.c -- case-sensitive version of slNameInList. (Angie)
