In hg/lib/hgFind.c, refactored findMrnaPos and its callees, and added support for intronEst, bugfix -- addPslResultToHgp: strip initial all_ from tableName(we used to use the lowercased GenBank type), when testing xrefTable existence, use sqlTableExists instead of hTableOrSplitExists in order to support an xrefTable in some other db.
