• fixed logic and output to more clearly distinguish betw all gaps and unbridged gaps. it now prints both if there is overlap with both kinds
  • src/utils/qa/runBits.csh 1.15 - lines changed: 43, context: html, text, full: html, text
• changed single quotes to double so sqlbeta variable can be interpreted
  • src/utils/qa/backupCentral.csh 1.11 - lines changed: 4, context: html, text, full: html, text
