    Fixed this script (really this time) to detect when the hgNearTest log doesn't get written (like in v263) and when it actually gets non-zero errors.

    Second attempt to stop hgTableTestRobot from reporting errors when there are none. Assigning grep results to variables goes not keep line feeds, so counting lines is invalid. Redmine 6486. Also decided an imperfect test for errors in the TrackCheckRobot was better than none at all.
