• Updated dgvBeta (DGV has a beta site that they plan to make public~Aug.), and added trackDb entry for testing on hgwdev w/item url
  that points to their beta server for now. We might end up using
  dbVar ID as name instead of DGV's numeric ID -- waiting for updates
  on data formats and item url that supports dbVar accession.
