• Track #8360 (snp137): when piping data to hgLoadSqlTab, the load datacommand timed out, I guess because it took too long to get data on
  /dev/stdin. So just create a tmp.tab (it's in TMPDIR not /hive) and
  pass that to hgLoadSqlTab.
