Re-removing vestigial script (pre-CSP2) that was required for v344 and earlier CGIs, now that v345 has been released on the RR. (The script was originally removed in Galt's big CSP commit a53b9958, then added back in fb27495f to support v344 CGIs on the RR.) refs #18686 notes 25-28, 37-48

Removing vestigial Drupal javascript. The entire remaining function of the Drupal object was to store two parameters for SuperFish (delay and speed). Now we just set the two parameters to the previously Drupal-stored values. refs #18686 notes 42, 48.
