Strip versions from NM IDs to avoid trouble when hg38.ncbiRefSeq updates -- except for NM_002111.6 because we already expected that to fail. These are all c.'s, and CDS coords are generally stable enough across version updates (which usually tweak UTR boundaries) to get away with ignoring version.
