Also fixes the SPDX tag referenced on that page: the LICENSE files in restricted directories used the misspelled "LicenceRef-proprietary" rather than the standard "LicenseRef-proprietary", so grepping the tree for the tag as documented turned up almost nothing. Adds a link to the (currently sandboxed) list of tracks we cannot distribute, next to the clinical-genetics exception examples. diff --git src/hg/LICENSE src/hg/LICENSE index 9840cd931ce..51084d34a02 100644 --- src/hg/LICENSE +++ src/hg/LICENSE @@ -1,18 +1,18 @@ -LicenceRef-proprietary=https://genome.ucsc.edu/license +LicenseRef-proprietary=https://genome.ucsc.edu/license Source code under this directory is under the MIT license (see kent/LICENSE), WITH THE EXCEPTION of the following subdirectories: cgilib hgApi hgCollection hgFileSearch hgFileUi hgGateway hgGene hgGenome hgIntegrator hgPal hgPcr hgPhyloPlace hgPublicSessions hgSession hgSuggest hgTables hgTrackUi hgTracks hgVai hgc hubApi near visiGene liftOver The Genome Browser binaries and source code in these directories and subdirectories are freely available for academic, nonprofit, and personal use.
