• My preliminary attempt to clean up the 'sqlbeta' substitutions made during the last checkin. It is going to need to be tested during the next run of this script. Most of the variables were not being interpreted.

• UniProt has decided that they want to connect using 'org' names rather than 'db' names. I have cautioned them. This fixes the script to produce only 'org' names.
