    Updated the md5sum in the metaData with the md5sum's of the files found in the downloads directory. Some of the md5sum's given by the lab were incorrect because we gz some of the files which changes the md5sum. Also since the fastq's are tar'd there is only 1 md5sum rather than mutliple individual md5sum's.
