• cleaning up hg18 metadata - adding expIds, composite obj, removing ripTgtProtein. For HudnsonalphaMethylSeq, also adding labExpId, protocol, removing parentTable, adding dccInternalNotes. Deleting public & beta wgEncodeYaleRNAseq.rafiles because this is not on beta or pub anymore, or even dev actually, also removing the .ra file from the public and beta makefiles.
