• Checking in special case fix for 'affyTxnPhase2' which has been broken for a long time. This track only exists on hg15 and hg17 and these changes include changing the track name to 'affyTxnPhase2b'. The existing broken track is being dropped and the new version will be rolled out through QA. Redmine 7554.
