• Doh, wgEncodeRegDnaseClusteredV3 is out on the RR and wgEncodeRegDnaseClusteredV2
  is not, so hgVai wasn't showing a DNase option.
  TODO: use the new columns in wgEncodeRegDnaseClusteredV3 to support filtering
