Changing the way pslCheck is run by qaGbTracks based on markd recommendation that it run a more comprehensive check. Now qaGbTracks will run this comprehensive check for those psl tracks that use the baseColorUseSequence setting and have this set to table or extFile. For all others the standard pslCheck that we have been using is run. refs #17753

qaGbTracks now uses the runBits.csh script to calculate coverage as well as find overlaps with undbridged gaps. All results are still written to the log file. Coverage amounts are extracted from runBits output and written to summary file as before. refs #18054
