commit ae63ce55185746c5f was a mistake, happened right before the build and was not caught in code review. It includes mostly harmless changes, but one that affects the UI (I had taken back the CSS change before the build). Rather than reverting the entire commit now, I am keeping the patch minimal and only comment out a few javascript lines. refs #36726
