• MLQ #6291 (pgSNP format): the pgSnp lib function printSeqCodDisplaywas firing off a query to knownGene without first testing whether knownGene exists, causing error for knownGene-less databases. Now the lib function takes genePredTable as argument and tests existence before querying.
